Lowe's Canada uses Aila’s Designer Series Wall Mounts to transform their light bulb aisle into an interactive education center solution. The "Bright Idea Lighting Education Center" features engaging signage, an iPad application that filters through over 400 light bulb products using a few simple categories, an eye-catching monitor integrated with the iPad application and a light bulb recycling center.

With the Designer Series, Aila goes beyond creating an innovative way to safely house an iPad. These kiosks build a richer, fuller shopping experience that delivers in-depth product information in a way that’s at once enticing and familiar to consumers. Customers want the personalized service only a retail store can offer, but they expect it to be augmented with tech features that mimic the convenience of online shopping.

Since launch, Lowe's Canada has reported an improved customer experience accompanied by increased customer engagement within the light bulb aisle.
